Administrative Details
To ensure accessibility for all clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled within this window may be subject to a partial administration fee as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a digital intake form. Please complete this at least 48 hours before your appointment. Having recent blood work or medical referrals on hand is also recommended for a more detailed clinical assessment.
We accept all major credit cards, MobilePay, and direct bank transfers. Invoices are issued immediately following the session. Many Danish health insurance providers offer coverage for clinical nutrition counseling; please check with your provider regarding "Ernæringsrådgivning" coverage.
